Your sale, your way

Selling isn’t always an easy decision, especially if you’re listing a long-held family home. Having worked with hundreds of sellers in the Toronto market, I know that a successful sale cannot be rushed. Drawing on my real estate expertise and teaching experience, I create an educational environment during your sale so you always know what’s happening, and feel informed enough to make the right decisions—whenever you’re ready.

Here’s what you can expect from your selling experience:

Consideration

I’ll take the time to really get to know you and your reasons for selling. Are you downsizing? Looking for a more suitable neighbourhood? Thinking of moving closer to family? Once we’re clear on why you’re selling, we can figure out the best course of action, together.

Before we list your home on the market, I’ll ask you to clarify your real estate goals so we can put together a customized selling plan that will ensure your expectations aren’t just met, but exceeded.

Education

I’ll provide consistent insight into current trends and thoroughly explain market conditions, such as comparable neighbourhood property sales and other key factors so you have a clear picture of your market position, and can easily make informed choices about your sale with confidence.

As a Toronto area REALTOR® for the past decade, I know what buyers want, and leverage this information to empower your sale by incorporating specific tactics that will appeal to your target buyer and encourage lucrative offers.

Preparation

I’ll help you prepare your home for the market by facilitating the decluttering and staging of your home, taking particular care and consideration with your belongings and heirlooms.

Presentation

Once your home is transformed, the highest-quality photos and videos are taken to capture the full beauty and story of the property.

After your home is market-ready, we’ll collaborate to create a showing schedule you’re comfortable with and an offer strategy that will protect your interests and get you the highest possible return.

Dedication

I’m committed to creating and maintaining lasting connections with my clients, and that takes time. With patience and a genuine desire to help you succeed, I serve as your guide and real estate resource during your sale, and well after you close.

My work is based on relationships, not location. While some agents will only represent transactions in their own neighbourhoods or favourite areas, I represent clients across the city to help you reach your ultimate goals.

Community involvement

As a Toronto resident who also works in the area, I always try to give back to the communities here. Each year, I donate bicycles to the Toronto Firefighters Toy Drive and York Regional Police Holiday Heroes Toy Drive.

Your property sale means that one or more children will receive a shiny new bicycle this coming holiday season. Together, we can make a difference.

In 2021, I was able to donate 25 bicycles. Being able to give back to the communities I love is an integral aspect of my work as a REALTOR®

I take a hands-on approach to your selling experience that ensures you’re in control of your transaction without having to micromanage or stress over it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. I am certified as a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). As a dedicated agent, I’m always developing my skills and certifications to better serve my senior clients and help them sell their home successfully. You can read more about how this designation benefits my clients on this blog post.

I’ve also built a downloadable guide full of resources for people 60+ looking to sell their home.

I can refer you to a wide variety of professional service providers that I know and trust to help you.

The mechanics of your home may not be sexy, but they are very important. Fix the roof, replace outdated, poorly functioning windows and barely working furnaces and air-conditioners. Buyers want a turn-key home—a home where everything has been done and they can move right in. If some of these items are in disrepair, buyers will either choose a move-in ready house, or deduct what they think the cost will be to upgrade your property themselves. Either way, you will be paying for these repairs, often at a higher cost when it’s deducted from the purchase price.

Simplify Your Sale

With a straight-forward strategy and a decade of Toronto realty experience, I help you make the most of your sale, your way.
