The Elephant In the Room Book
There are things that jump out at us when selling Real Estate and yet, we often choose to leave well enough alone. Sometimes we avoid the subject because we worry about hurt feelings, or who knows, we may not want to raise a subject considered “too personal”. But we’re doing our clients a disservice when we avoid “the elephant in the room”.
By the same token, our clients often avoid “the elephant”, too. They have a series of questions, concerns, and doubts that they may not openly share. This is also harmful to the relationship AND to the speed and cost of selling or buying their real estate. Avoiding the Elephant in the Room will negatively affect the desired results of the Real Estate transaction and that is the worst outcome of all.
